We accept pets up to 50lbs. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment and breed restrictions apply. There is a $100 refundable deposit per apt and a one time fee of $400 for 1 pet and $600 for 2 pets. A $25 monthly pet rent is applied per pet. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws and guidelines.
